At Alkatran, operating via alkatran.store, we dedicate ourselves to delivering premium, minimalist menswear across Australia with efficiency and absolute care. We ensure every wardrobe piece is securely dispatched so that it arrives in pristine condition.
In strict compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ACCC guidelines, Alkatran retains full responsibility for your transit safety. The security of your delivery is guaranteed until the parcel is lawfully in your possession.
1. Shipping Methods, Timeframes, and Rates
To suit the dynamic lifestyle of the contemporary Australian gent, we offer two distinct delivery options for all domestic shipments.
All delivery windows are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and official Australian public holidays) from the date of dispatch:

2. Dispatch and Tracking

Processing Time: Orders for our curated collections are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

Live Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facilities, a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. This allows you to monitor your premium garments at every stage of their journey to your door.
3. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Under Australian consumer protection guidelines, we bear the responsibility for ensuring your items reach you safely.

Lost Parcels: If your tracking history stops updating or exceeds our maximum delivery window, please contact us immediately at help@alkatran.store. We will launch an investigation with the courier service. If the parcel is deemed officially lost in transit, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Damaged Transits: In the rare event that your luxury packaging or garments arrive damaged due to transit handling, please take clear photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an ACL consumer guarantee claim.
4. Delivery Address Precision
To maintain a seamless shipping flow, customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete at checkout. Alkatran cannot be held liable for delayed or misdelivered items resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, a standard redelivery fee may apply.
